What to expect
Complete technical support Everything you need for a productive working day is available: reliable Wi-Fi, professional sound equipment, wireless and wired microphones, projector with screen, whiteboards and flipcharts. Your programme runs smoothly, whether it involves presentations, interactive sessions or group discussions.
Flexible layout We arrange the room to suit your needs. Theatre-style seating for plenary moments, small tables for group work, or an open space for movement workshops — we adapt the layout to your programme.
Catering We make sure you and your team stay well-fed and hydrated throughout the day. Start with coffee and tea of your choice, complemented by soft drinks and our homemade banana bread. For lunch, we serve fresh, nutritious dishes that we prepare ourselves. Always vegetarian, and of course we take allergies and dietary requirements into account.
Finish your day with a borrel We make sure you and your team are well looked after throughout the day, from coffee and lunch to an end-of-day drinks reception with snacks while you take in the view over the IJ. A relaxed moment to evaluate the day and cement the team spirit.
